Norton has been playing the trumpet and singing for 28 years, and has been a professional performer for 20. For most of his life, he has meticulously honed his craft, performing with some of the best entertainers in the industry. He has performed at over 1000 corporate and private events, cocktail parties, weddings and countless concerts at nightclubs and dance halls. He has performed at many great venues internationally and in the New York City area, including the Ritz Carlton, the Pierre, the W, Per Se, St. Regis, The Plaza, Waldorf Astoria, Le Cirque, Metropolitan Club, Boom Boom Room @ The Top Of The Standard, the Rainbow Room, Joe’s Pub, the Django, Soho Grand, The Roxy Hotel, .
His repertoire draws from the greatest musical achievements of the twentieth century. His diverse influences include Louis Armstrong, Louis Prima, Nat king Cole, Miles Davis, Otis Redding, Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, Van Morrison, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Bill Withers, Prince, Sam and Dave, and many, many more.
