She now lives back in her hometown of Los Angeles, but frequents New York for shows multiple times a year.

In Los Angeles, you can find her on the scene at Catalina Bar & Grill, Rockwell Table & Stage. and Herb Alpert's Grill & Jazz. She sound has evolved from simply straight ahead jazz to a diverse repertoire including originals and reimagined tellings of old blues songs. Inspired by Ernestine Anderson and Ester Phillips, Blossom Dearie and June Christy, Shoshana's raspy voice and unique ability to sing earnestly, as if she's telling you a story straight from her own life long, long ago, is what sets her apart.
