A one-of-a-kind evening with two acclaimed singer/songwriter/instrumentalists, who have long had a mutual admiration society and are finally joining forces to perform together!
Dave Tull’s new CD “Texting and Driving”, with its mix of jazz vocals and often humorous original songs, stayed on the JazzWeek charts for 23 weeks straight, and reached top five on both the Billboard Jazz Album and Comedy Album charts. When not leading his own trio, Dave is one of the busiest drummers on the scene, including currently touring with Barbra Streisand. Dave toured from 2000-2010 as drummer and lead vocalist for Chuck Mangione.
“Besides his astute sense of humor, Dave Tull is an extraordinary songwriter, an exceptional drummer and a stylized singer…he can swing vocally the same way he swings on his drums.” —Dee Dee McNeil
